Ian Rapoport reports that the 49ers and Ravens have been contact in recent days regarding a potential in round one.
This certainly doesn’t come as much of a surprise, but more of a confirmation that this remains a possibility.
The two teams have obviously made notable trades in the past when the Ravens sent veteran WR Anquan Boldin to the 49ers for a sixth-round pick.
San Francisco is reportedly looking to trade up for a receiver and they are believe to be targeting LSU’s Odell Beckham Jr. However, he could be gone by the time the Ravens are on the clock at No. 16 overall, so you have to wonder if the 49ers would be willing to make the move up for someone like Marquise Lee or Brandin Cooks.
