Seahawks Hosting WR Terrelle Pryor For Visit Sunday

Mary Kay Cabot of the Cleveland Plain Dealer reports that the Seahawks will host free agent WR Terrelle Pryor for a visit on Sunday.

According to Cabot, Pryor is in Cleveland today, but isn’t meeting with the Browns. Although, Pryor reportedly also has interest from the Rams and Browns.

This is the first scheduled visit for Pryor since free agency opened on Wednesday.

Pryor, 28, was taken by the Raiders in the third round of the 2011 supplemental draft. He lasted a little over three years in Oakland before he was traded to the Seahawks for a seventh-round pick that ultimately became DB Jonathan Dowling.

Pryor briefly played for the Chiefs and Bengals before later being claimed off of waivers by the Browns. Cleveland elected to cut him loose to make room for RB Robert Turbin last year before bringing him back.

The Browns signed him to a one-year, $1.67 million restricted deal in 2016 before he departed for a one-year, $6 million contract with the Redskins last March.

In 2017, Pryor appeared in nine games for the Redskins and caught 20 passes for 240 yards receiving and one touchdown.

We have him featured in our Top 50 Available 2018 NFL Free Agents list.
