Seahawks Release WR Damore’ea Stringfellow From PS, Sign C Marcus Henry

The Seattle Seahawks officially signed C Marcus Henry to their practice squad on Wednesday released WR Damore’ea Stringfellow from the unit.

Here’s the Seahawks updated practice squad:

  6. DB Jeremy Boykins

  10. C Marcus Henry

Stringfellow, 23, originally signed on with the Dolphins as an undrafted free agent out of Ole Miss back in May of last year. Miami cut him loose as they trimmed their roster down to the 53-man limit and he was later claimed off of waivers by the Jets.

The Seahawks signed Stringfellow to a contract back in May, but he was waived coming out of the preseason. The Titans signed him to a contract soon after, but eventually cut him loose with a left squad designation.

Stringfellow just recently returned to the Seahawks.

During his three-year college career, Stringfellow recorded 102 receptions for 1,478 yards receiving (14.5 YPC) and 12 touchdowns.
