Seahawks Sign WR David Gilreath

 

The Seattle Seahawks have signed WR David Gilreath to a one-year contract, according to Sean Stellato, per Mike Garafolo.

The Raiders signed Gilreath to a contract close to a month ago, but he lasted just a few weeks with the before he was eventually put on waivers.

Gilreath, 25, went undrated out of Wisconsin back in 2011 and eventually caught on with Colts. He lasted  just a few months with the team before he was waived. 

The Steelers would later sign him to their practice squad in 2012, and promote to the team’s active roster December of that year. Gilreath wound up appearing in three games during the 2012 season.
