Seahawks Tried Out Eight Players

     

The Seattle Seahawks brought in eight players for tryouts on Thursday including QB Kyle Sloter, per Albert Breer

The full list of workouts for Seattle includes:

  1. DE Ade Aruna
  2. WR Justin Hardy
  3. WR Lance Lenoir
  4. WR La’Michael Pettway
  5. QB Kyle Sloter
  6. LB Pita Taumoepenu
  7. RB Ralph Webb
  8. RB Mike Weber

Sloter, 26, wound up signing a three-year, $1.66 million contract with the Broncos as an undrafted free agent out of Northern Colorado back in 2017. He was set to make base salaries of $465,000 and $555,000 over the first two years of the contract when the Broncos cut him loose.

Sloter later signed on with the Vikings’ practice squad and eventually joined the Cardinals before the Lions signed him to their active roster last year. He was cut loose this past March. 

During his college career at Southern Mississippi and Northern Colorado, Sloter appeared in 34 games and completed 198 passes on 320 attempts (61.9 percent) for 2,656 yards, 29 touchdowns, and 10 interceptions.
