Steelers Sign RB Darrin Hall To Practice Squad, Release TE Kevin Rader

The Steelers announced Wednesday they have signed RB Darrin Hall to the practice squad and released TE Kevin Rader in a corresponding move. 

Here’s an updated look at Pittsburgh’s practice squad:

  5. OL Patrick Morris
  6. TE Christian Scotland-Williamson (International)
  7. CB Alex Myres
  8. LB Robert Spillane

  10. OT Christian DiLauro
  11. RB Darrin Hall

Hall, 22, wound up signing on with the Browns as an undrafted free agent out of the University of Pittsburgh following the 2019 NFL Draft. He agreed to a three-year, $1.755 million contract, but was waived soon after. 

Hall spent time with the Bengals and Packers during the preseason this year. 

During his college career at Pittsburgh, Hall rushed 381 times for 2189 yards and 21 touchdowns, and caught 38 passes for 267 yards and one touchdown.
