Texans Sign TE Troy Fumagalli To Practice Squad

Aaron Wilson reports that the Texans are signing TE Troy Fumagalli to their practice squad on Saturday.

Houston brought Fumagalli in for a workout earlier this week. (NFLTR)

Fumagalli, 25, is a former fifth-round pick of the Broncos back in 2018. He was in the third year of his four-year, $2.7 million contract with Denver when he was placed on injured reserve. 

The Broncos opted to waive Fumagalli from injured reserve with an injury settlement earlier this week. 

In 2019, Fumagalli appeared in 11 games for the Broncos and caught six passes for 38 yards receiving and one touchdown.
