According to Turron Davenport, the Titans are signing DE Tanoh Kpassagnon and LB Milo Eifler, placing CB Nazeeh Johnson on injured reserve, and releasing TE Matt Lauter.

Johnson was recently suspended for six games after violating the NFL’s Performance Enhancing Substances policy.
Tennessee hosted Kpassagnon for a workout last week and were impressed enough to sign him.
Johnson, 27, is a former seventh-round pick by the Chiefs in the 2022 NFL Draft out of Marshall. He was among their final roster cuts as a rookie and re-signed to their practice squad.
Kansas City re-signed him as an exclusive rights free agent in 2024. The Chiefs tendered him as a restricted free agent at the original round level in 2025.
He played out that deal and was testing the market as an unrestricted free agent for the first time in his career when he signed a one-year, $1,075,000 deal with the Titans in July..
In 2025, Johnson appeared in two games for the Chiefs and recorded two tackles.
Kpassagnon, 32, is a former second-round pick of the Chiefs back in 2017. He played out the final year of his four-year, $4,321,218 contract that included a signing bonus of $1,282,704.
Kpassagnon was testing the open market as an unrestricted free agent for the first time in his NFL career when he agreed to a two-year contract with the Saints in 2021. He later signed an extension with the team through 2024.
The Bears signed Kpassagnon to a one-year contract for the 2025 season. He was later released and finished out the year with the Colts.
In 2025, Kpassagnon appeared in four games for the Bears and recorded five tackles and one sack.
