Titans Sign DT Bennie Logan To One-Year Deal Worth Up To $5M

The Tennessee Titans announced Sunday that they’ve signed veteran DT Bennie Logan to a contract.

  • According to Ian Rapoport, the Titans signed Logan to a one-year deal for $4 million contract that can be worth up to $5 million.

Logan visited with the Titans and Seahawks since the free agent market officially opened last month and reportedly had some interest from the Redskins as well, but it looks like the Titans proved to be his best option.

Logan, 28, is a former third-round pick of the Eagles back in 2013. He played out the final year of his four-year, $3.032 million contract before signing a one-year, $8 million contract with the Chiefs last year.

Logan was once again testing the open market as an unrestricted free agent.

In 2017, Logan has appeared in 15 games for the Chiefs and recorded 52 tackles, 1.5 sacks, and a pass defense. Pro Football Focus has him rated as the No. 94 interior defensive lineman out of 122 qualifying players.

We had him featured in our Top 50 Available 2018 NFL Free Agents list.
