The Tennessee Titans are signing WR Jalen Tolliver to a contract on Thursday, according to Aaron Wilson.
Tolliver, 23, wound up signing on with the Cardinals as an undrafted free agent out of Arkansas-Monticello back in April of last year. He was waived coming out of the preseason and later signed to the Cardinals’ practice squad.
After being on and off of Arizona’s active roster last year, the Cardinals made the decision to waive Tolliver last week.
In 2018, Tolliver appeared in three games for the Cardinals and caught three passes for 37 yards receiving and no touchdowns.
