According to Aaron Wilson, the Titans brought in six defensive players for workouts on Tuesday, including OLB Trevon Young.
The full list of tryouts includes:
- LB Davin Bellamy
- LB Tre’ Crawford
- DE Lyndon Johnson
- LB Ahmad Thomas
- DT Kevin Wilkins
- OLB Trevon Young
Young, 24, is a former sixth-round pick by the Rams in the 2018 NFL Draft out of Louisville. He was in the first year of his four-year, $2.6 million rookie contract when Los Angeles waived him and signed Young to their practice squad.
Young finished out the 2018 season on the Rams’ active roster after being promoted in December of last year. However, Los Angeles waived him with an injury designation during final roster cuts and released him with an injury settlement two weeks ago.
This is the first reported interest in Young since entering the open market.
In 2018, Young appeared in two games for the Rams and recorded one fumble recovery and no tackles.
