Tom Brady Dealing With An AC Joint Sprain

NFL Network’s Albert Breer reports that Patriots QB Tom Brady has a sprained AC joint in his left shoulder. Breer adds that Brady’s condition has improved in recent weeks and will not be forced to miss time.

The good news however is that this is his non-throwing shoulder and it’s considered a low-grade sprain. He has routinely missed practices during the week in attempt to prevent any further inflammation that could be caused from playing.

Obviously this is not the kind of news you want to be reading if you’re Patriots as he heads into what appears to be a tough match up against the Ravens but it still shouldn’t be much of a concern unless the Ravens are able to force the issue on Sunday.
