TRADE: Chiefs Trade WR Rod Streater To 49ers, Two Teams Swap 2019 Picks

The San Francisco 49ers announced Saturday that they’ve traded for Chiefs WR Rod Streater.

The 49ers receive Streater and a conditional 2019 seventh-round pick for a conditional 2019 seventh-round from the Chiefs.

One would assume that the conditions for the Chiefs are much more favorable than that of 49ers’ pick they’ll be receiving.

Streater, 28, wound up signing on with the Raiders as undrafted free agent out of Temple back in 2012. He’s spent all four of his years of his NFL career with the Raiders before signing a one-year,  $810,000 contract with $4 million in incentives.

The Chiefs just recently reworked his contract.

In 2015, Streater appeared in one game and recorded a single reception for eight yards receiving and no touchdowns.
