Vikings Officially Sign Eight Players To Practice Squad

The Minnesota Vikings announced Sunday that they’ve officially signed eight players to their practice squad including QB Jake Browning. 

The full list includes:

1. FB Khari Blasingame
2. QB Jake Browning
3. T Aviante Collins
4. LB Devante Downs
5. DE Stacy Keely
6. CB Nate Meadors
7. WR Dillon Mitchell
8. LB Cameron Smith

Browning, 23, wound up going undrafted out of Washington back in April. He later agreed to a three-year, $1.755 million contract with the Vikings.

Unfortunately, Minnesota waived Browning as they cut their roster down to 53 players.

Browning played four years at Washington, completing 958 of 1484 passing attempts (64.6 completion percentage) for 12,296 yards, 94 touchdowns and 34 interceptions.
