The Minnesota Vikings announced the signing of CFL LB Brian Peters on Monday.
Peters, 25, spent the past two years with the Saskatchewan Roughriders of the Canadian Football League.
In 2014, Peters he recorded 78 tackles, three sacks, a forced fumble, two interceptions and even scored a defensive touchdown.
Before that, Peters played for the Iowa Barnstormers of the Arena Football League after coming out of Northwestern.
He’ll likely have to compete for a roster spot in training camp this summer.
