Vikings Signing WR Aldrick Robinson

Ian Rapoport and Tom Pelissero are reporting that the Vikings are signing WR Aldrick Robinson to a contract on Monday.

Robinson, 29, is a former sixth-round pick of the Redskins back in 2011. He spent four years in Washington before he was waived at the end of the 2014 season and later signed to the Ravens practice squad.

Baltimore would bring him back on a futures deal after the season, only to cut him loose coming out of the preseason in 2015. Robinson spent a year with the Falcons before signing a two-year contract with the 49ers in 2017.

Unfortunately, the 49ers released Robinson as they trimmed their roster down to 53 players.

In 2017, Robinson appeared in all 16 games for the 49ers and caught 19 passes for 260 yards receiving and two touchdowns.
