The Minnesota Vikings have placed RB Henry Josey on waivers, according to his agent, per Aaron Wilson.

Josey, 23, originally signed on with the Eagles as an undrafted free agent out of Missouri back in May of last year. He lasted just a few months in Philadelphia before he was cut loose at the start of the season.

The Jaguars later signed him to their practice squad, but his time with Jacksonville was short lived as the Vikings wound up adding him to their active roster.

He had two-years remaining on his contract and would have made salaries of $435,000 (2015) and $525,000 (2016).

Josey has yet to appear in an NFL game.
