The Tampa Bay Buccaneers announced Wednesday that they’ve placed WR Vincent Jackson and S Major Wright on season-ending injured reserve.
- Buccaneers promoted S Kimario McFadden and TE Tevin Westbrook to their active roster.
- Buccaneers signed S Gerod Holliman, CB C.J. Roberts and CB Joel Ross to their practice squad.
Jackson, 32, is in the fourth year of his five-year, $55,555,555 contract that includes $26 million guaranteed. He’ll make a base salary of $9,777,777 this season to go along with another $9,777,778 in 2016.
In 2015, Jackson appeared in 10 games and totaled 33 receptions for 543 yards receiving and three touchdowns for the Buccaneers.
