Cardinals Sign 11 Players To Futures Deals Including RB Marion Grice

The Arizona Cardinals announced that they’ve signed 11 players to future/reserve contracts on Tuesday including RB Marion Grice.

The other players signed are:

Future/reserve contracts are essentially an opportunity for players compete for a roster spot in offseason workouts and training camp.

Grice, 23, is a former sixth-round pick of the Chargers back in May of last year. He was unable to make the Chargers’ 53-man roster coming out of the preseason last year, but later signed on with the Cardinals a few weeks into the season.

Unfortunately, Arizona waived Grice with an injury settlement at the start of this season. He briefly joined the Lions’ practice squad a few months ago.

In 2014, Grice appeared in 10 games and ran for 41 yards on 15 carries (2.7 YPC) to go along with seven receptions for 29 yards receiving and one total touchdown.
