Broncos Promote WR Hunter Sharp, Sign WR River Cracraft To PS

The Denver Broncos have promoted WR Hunter Sharp to their active roster and signed WR River Cracraft to their practice squad on Wednesday, according to Mike Klis.

The Broncos’ practice squad now consists of:

  1. S Dymonte Thomas
  2. CB Marcus Rios
  3. OT Elijah Wilkinson
  4. ILB Jerrol Garcia-Williams
  5. OLB Deiontrez Mount
  6. C Dillon Day
  7. TE Austin Traylor
  8. RB Jonathan Williams
  9. DT Tyrique Jarrett
  10. WR River Cracraft

Sharp, 23, wound up going undrafted out of Utah State back in May before signing a three-year, $1.62 million contract with the Eagles. He was waived from injured reserve with a settlement during the preseason last year.

The Broncos signed him to their practice squad late last season and brought him back on a future/reserve contract this past January. He was, unfortunately, waived coming out of the preseason but returned to the Broncos’ practice squad soon after.

During his college career at Utah State, Sharp caught 137 passes for 1,774 yards receiving (12.9 YPR) and 16 touchdowns.
