Browns Worked Out Eight Players

According to Aaron Wilson, the Browns hosted eight free agents for workouts on Wednesday, including CB Brian Allen.

The full list of tryouts includes:

1. CB Brian Allen
2. DB Tino Ellis
3. OT Blake Hance
4. OT Jared Hilbers
5. DT Joey Ivie
6. OT Tyler Jones
7. TE Kyle Markway
8. DT Taznel Smart

Allen, 26, is a former fifth-round pick of the Steelers back in 2017. He lasted just over two years in Pittsburgh before he was waived coming out of the preseason last year.

The Seahawks later signed Allen to their practice squad and he was on and off of the unit last year. Seattle opted to waive him a few weeks ago and he quickly signed on with the Bills last month. 

Unfortunately, Buffalo waived him coming out of training camp.

For his career, Allen has appeared in 16 games and recorded one tackle.
