Buccaneers Re-Sign LB Orie Lemon, Add Two To Their Practice Squad

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers announced Wednesday that they’ve re-signed LB Orie Lemon to their active roster.

  • To make room for Lemon, the Buccaneers waived/injured DE Josh Martin.
  • The Buccaneers also signed WR Rannell Hall and WR Adam Humphries to their practice squad.

Lemon, 27, originally signed on with the Cowboys as an undrafted free agent out of Oklahoma State back in 2011. He spent close to two years with Dallas before joining the Chiefs and Cardinals in short stints.

The Buccaneers wound up signing him off of the Chiefs’ practice squad back in October of last year. Since then, he’s been on and off of the team’s practice squad.

This season, Lemon has appeared in one game for the Buccaneers, but has yet to record a statistic.
