The Arizona Cardinals announced the signing of CB Jonte Green on Tuesday, as well as the release of DB Damond Smith.
Green, 26, is former sixth round pick of the Lions back in 2012. He spent the first two years in Detroit before he was waived at the start of the 2014 season. The Bills wound up signing him to a future/reserve contract this past January.
However, Buffalo waived him in the days leading up to the draft.
Green hasn’t appeared in an NFL game since the 2013 season when he was still with the Lions.
