The San Diego Chargers have begun the process of trimming their roster down to 53 players. Here’s the list of roster cuts up to this point:

- WR DeAndre Reaves (Michael Gehlken)
- G Vi Teofilo (Michael Gehlken)
- OLB Ben Gardner (Michael Gehlken)
- CB Trevor Williams (Michael Gehlken)
- WR Dom Williams (Michael Gehlken)
- FB Chris Swain (Michael Gehlken)
- WR Rasheed Bailey (waived/injured)

Other roster moves include:
- DT Damion Square (reserve/suspended)
Ross wound up going undrafted out of Michigan back in May before signing on with the Chargers. Ross worked out for the Ravens before then, but did not receive an offer from the team.
During his four-year college career at Michigan, Ross recorded 187 tackles, 16.5 tackles for a loss, three sacks, two forced fumbles, a recovery and a pass defense.
