Colts Tried Out Three Free Agents

According to Howard Balzer, the Indianapolis Colts brought in three free agents for tryouts on Monday including G David Bright, LB Kennan Gilchrist and S Terrell Williams.

Williams, 22, wound up signing on with the 49ers as an undrafted free agent out of Houston back in May. He signed a three-year $1.71 million contract and is set to make a base salary of $485,000 for the 2018 season.

The 49ers placed Williams on injured reserve coming out of the preseason with a hyperextended knee and he was later waived with a settlement.

During his college career at Houston, Williams recorded 95 tackles, four interceptions, a fumble recovery and seven pass defenses over the course of 23 games.
