The Miami Dolphins have signed OT Zach Sterup off of the Browns’ practice squad on Tuesday, according to his agent Brett Tessler.
The Miami Dolphins just signed my client OT Zach Sterup (6'9"/325, Nebraska) to their 53-man roster off the Cleveland Browns practice squad.

Sterup, 25, wound up going undrafted out ofย Nebraska back in Mayย but received an invite to participate in the Chiefsโ rookie minicamp on a tryout basis. The Chiefs later signed him to a three-year, $1.62 million contract.
Unfortunately, Sterup was waived him coming out of the preseason last year. After a brief stint with the Jets, Sterup signed on to the Browns’ practice squad and returned to Cleveland on a future/reserve contract this past January.
The Browns waived Sterup coming out of the preseason and he was later signed to their practice squad.
Sterup started 17 games for Nebraska during his college career.
