Aaron Wilson of the National Football Post reported yesterday that the Dolphins are signing LB Terrell Manning to their practice squad.

  • James Walker adds that the Dolphins have waived WR Deon Long to make room for Manning.

The Dolphins practice squad now consists of:

  1. LB Terrell Manning
  2. C Sam Brenner
  3. DE Emmanuel Dieke
  4. QB Logan Thomas
  5. CB Jonathan Dowling
  6. OT Donald Hawkins
  7. LB Mike Hull
  8. TE Tim Semisch
  9. S Cedric Thompson
  10. WR Damarr Alutman

Manning, 25, is a former fifth-round pick of the Green Bay Packers back in 2012. However, he lasted just one year with the team before he was placed on waivers.

Since then, Manning has played for a number of teams including the Chargers, Vikings, Giants, Dolphins, Bears, Bengals, and most recently for the Falcons.

In 2014, Manning appeared in four games and has recorded a single tackle.
