Dolphins Waive DL Cameron Malveaux

The Miami Dolphins announced that they’ve placed DL Cameron Malveaux on waivers Tuesday.

Malveaux, 24, wound up signing a three-year, $1.66 million contract with the Dolphins as an undrafted free agent out of Houston back in May of last year. He was waived coming out of the preseason and later signed him to their practice squad.

The Dolphins eventually promoted Malveaux to their active roster last year, but he was once again among the team’s final roster cuts. Malveaux has been and off of the Dolphins roster this year.

In 2018, Malveaux has appeared in five games for the Dolphins and recorded six tackles and no sacks.
