Dolphins Worked Out Three Players

According to Albert Breer, the Dolphins brought in three defensive backs for workouts on Tuesday including Nevelle Clark, Tino Ellis, and Teez Tabor.

Tabor, 24, was drafted by the Lions in the second round out of Florida back in 2017. He was entering the third year of his four-year, $4.82 million rookie contract when Detroit cut him loose during final roster cuts in 2019.

He signed on with the 49ers’ practice as a free agent in October of last year and eventually re-signed to a futures contract this offseason. However, San Francisco wound up waiving him with a non-football injury designation this past July.

In 2018, Tabor appeared in 12 games for the Lions, recording 28 total tackles, no interceptions and no pass defenses.
