Eagles Sign CB Kevon Seymour To Practice Squad

The Eagles announced they have signed CB Kevon Seymour to the practice squad. 

Philadelphia’s practice squad now includes:

  4. DE Joe Ostman
  5. DB Elijah Riley
  6. T Prince Tega Wanogho
  7. DT Raequan Williams

  9. DT T.Y. McGill
  10. G Jamon Brown
  11. LB Rashad Smith
  12. TE Hakeem Butler
  13. TE Jason Croom
  14. DT Treyvon Hester
  15. RB Jordan Howard
  16. DB Jameson Houston
  17. CB Kevon Seymour

Seymour, 27, is a former sixth-round pick out of USC by the Bills in the 2016 NFL Draft. He was entering the second year of a four-year, $2.44 million rookie contract and was set to make a base salary of $540,000 in 2017 when the Bills traded him to the Panthers.

Seymour spent the entire 2018 season on injured reserve for the Panthers. Carolina cut him coming out of the preseason in 2019. 

In 2017, Seymour appeared in all 16 games for the Panthers and recorded 21 total tackles and four pass defenses.
