This is Sanders’ second suspension after he received a four-game ban for violating the league’s substance abuse policy last year.
Sanders, 23, was placed on waivers last week by the Jaguars just a few weeks ago and there was some buzz that the Seahawks, Lions and Dolphins could have interest in him.
However, it looks highly unlikely that he’ll even play a single snap in 2015.
In 2014, Sanders caught six passes for 55 yards receiving and no touchdowns. He also contributed 16 kick return yards and another 227 punt return years for the Jaguars.
