Jaguars Fire Defensive Coordinator Bob Babich

The  Jacksonville Jaguars announced Tuesday that they’ve fired defensive coordinator Bob Babich.

Earlier in the day, GM Dave Caldwell told reporters that he anticipated changes to the team’s defensive coaching staff.

There was also talk of Gus Bradley taking over defensive play-calling next season in order to improve the unit’s production after a poor 2015 season.

In 2015, the Jaguars ranked No. 24 in total yards allowed, No. 29 in passing yards allowed, and No. 31 in points allowed.

We’ll have more regarding potential targets for the Jaguars as the news is available.
