Jaguars Hire Denard Robinson As Offensive Quality Control Coach

The Jacksonville Jaguars announced that they’ve hired former RB Denard Robinson as an offensive quality control coach.

The Jaguars have also added Tony Gilbert as assistant linebackers coach. 

Robinson, 29, was a former fifth-round pick by the Jaguars out of Michigan back in 2013. He finished out his rookie contract in Jacksonville but never caught on with another team. 

Robinson worked ut for the Cowboys in 2017, but didn’t sign a contract with Dallas.

During his four-year career with the Jaguars, Robinson appeared in 55 games, rushing 263 times for 1,058 yards (4.0 YPC) and five touchdowns. He also had 47 catches for 310 yards (6.6 YPC).
