Jaguars Place OT Will Richardson On Injured Reserve

The Jacksonville Jaguars announced Saturday that they’ve placed OT Will Richardson (knee) on injured reserve to make room on their active roster for RB Carlos Hyde, who officially passed his physical.

Richardson, 22, was selected by the Jaguars in the fourth round of this year’s draft. He agreed to a four-year, $3,062,792 deal that includes $602,792 guaranteed.

Richardson stands to make base salaries of $480,000 and $570,000 over the first two years of the agreement.

During his college career at North Carolina State, Richardson made 31 starts at right tackle and was a second-team All-ACC selection in 2017.
