Jaguars Re-Sign LB Joe Giles-Harris To PS, Release LB Deshaun Davis

The Jacksonville Jaguars have signed LB Joe Giles-Harris to their practice squad and release LB Deshaun Davis from the unit, according to Phillip Heilman.

Giles-Harris, 22, wound up signing on with the Jaguars as an undrafted out free agent out of Duke back in April. He later agreed to a three-year, $1.755 million contract with the Jaguars.

However, Jacksonville elected to waive Giles-Harris on Tuesday.

During his college career at Duke, Giles-Harris recorded 313 tackles, 8.5 sacks, two interceptions, a forced fumble, a recovery and eight pass defenses over the course of three seasons and 34 games.
