The Jacksonville Jaguars officially signed OT Jeremiah Poutasi to their practice squad on Thursday and placed G Avery Gennesy on the practice squad injured list.
The Jaguars’ practice squad now consists of:
- RB Tim Cook
- DE Hunter Dimick
- WR Amba Etta-Tawo
- OL Avery Gennesy (Injured)
- TE David Grinnage
- OL Chris Reed (Exception)
- OLB Carroll Phillips
- CBÂ Raysean Pringle
- DT Darius Kilgo (Exception)
- WR Larry Pinkard
- OT Jeremiah Poutasi
Poutasi, 23, is a former third-round pick of the Titans back in May of 2015. He was in the second year of his four-year, $3.385 million rookie contract when the Titans cut him loose coming out of the preseason.
The Jaguars signed him to their practice squad just a few days later and was eventually promoted to the active roster. Jacksonville decided to waive him coming out of the preseason.
In 2016, Poutasi appeared in one game for the Jaguars.
