Jaguars Sign OT Michael Dunn, Waive/Injured OL Brandon Thomas

The Jacksonville Jaguars announced Tuesday that they’ve signed OT Michael Dunn to a contract and waived OL Brandon Thomas with an injury designation.

Should Thomas clear waivers tomorrow, he would revert to the Jaguars’ injured serve list.

Dunn, 23, wound up signing on with the Rams as an undrafted free agent out of Maryland last May. He was unfortunately waived coming out of the preseason and later added to the Rams’ practice squad at the start of the regular season.

However, Dunn lasted just two days on the squad before he was once again let go. The Rams re-signed Dunn to a contract this past February before waiving him in June.

During his college career at Maryland, Dunn started 48 games with most of them coming at left tackle. He was named an All-Big Ten honorable mention in 2015 and 2016.
