Field Yates reports that the Jets have placed TE Jordan Leggett on waivers Monday.
Leggett, 24, is a former fifth-round pick of the Jets back in 2017. He’s currently in the third year of his four-year, $2,682,052 contract and stands to make a base salary of $645,000 for the 2019 season.
In 2018, Leggett appeared in 15 games for the Jets and caught 14 passes for 114 yards receiving and one touchdown.
