Buccaneers
- Buccaneers GM Jason Licht says he’s โgoing to do everything we can to get Adam Humphries back in the mixโ this offseason. (Greg Auman)
Cowboys
- According to Jason La Canfora, it was actually Jason Witten who was pursuing a return to the Cowboys and not vice versa.
- Adam Schefter of ESPN, citing league sources, previously reported thatย Cowboys HC Jason Garrett had made multiple attempts this season to get Witten to come out of retirement and help them push for a playoff spot.
- Garrett said WR Allen Hurns: “Weโve communicated via text. The surgery went well. He seems to be doing well and seems to be in good spirits. There is an expectation of a full recovery.” (Brandon George)
- Garrett says WR Cole Beasley has a right ankle injury: “Weโll see how he feels as the week goes on. He did get an ankle sprain in the game. It seemed like he was doing a little bit better today.” (Brandon George)
Eagles
-
Adam Schefter reports that the Eagles intend to work on a solution to pay QB Nick Foles the $1 million incentive bonus he missed out on last weekend after leaving with bruised ribs.
-
Foles needed to play 33 percent of the team’s snaps in 2018 and they made playoffs. However, he wound up falling four offensive snaps short of the threshold.

Michael Thomas is worth bringing back. He is good on special teams and is solid as a backup safety. Rhett Ellison is a Putz Shurmur pet and might be brought back, he can block and catch. I think another team will overpay for Ellison’s services. As for Vernon, Jenkins, Ogletree and Stewart. ADIOS!!!!! Vernon was way overpaid by Jerry Reese out of desperation, he is more suitable in a 4-3 scheme. I see him landing in Buffalo or Carolina. Jenkins will most likely be a Chief next year, Berry will most likely continuing his career elsewhere. The Chiefs will solidify the corner corner spot and draft a new safety. As for Ogletree. This is tough, because his numbers are pretty good for 14 games. But! AO is a liability in the passing game, regardless to what the stats show. If the GMEN can get a coverage LB like LSUs White or MUs Bush in the ’19 draft, it might be worth keeping Ogletree around. As for Barwin, with Vernon gone more snaps will be available for him. Barwin is only signed through next season, he might have something left in the tank for 2019. And Stewart is a GONER, I really can’t believe the GMEN dropped a 2 year rather large contract on him. And lastly. Elisha Manning. Everyone knows he should be gone either by release or trade. But! Look for the insanity to continue through 2019 and beyond. I’ve been saying it for a while now, Elisha is going to get a new 2 year deal with a 3rd year option to lessen the 2019 cap hit. Don’t forget Elisha’s 2019 $5M roster bonus either. Next year will be another TANK FOR JUSTIN HERBERT season. BELIEVE IT!
“Elisha Manning” … what kind of cunt even calls him that? Guaranteed in a closed room he’d rip your face off lol … 3 QBs in history with 55k passing yards, 350 tds, 2 Super Bowl MVPs: Brady, Peyton, and ELI. Delete your account and find another teams that needs soft douchebags to be fair weather fanboys for them … maybe the Pokes!.
Talk about a douche bag. That’s how Manning spells his first name you cunt. Since you seem to be an expert on the GMEN. And as far as ripping faces off. You wouldn’t want to go that route with me. Do yourself a favor and stick to quilting bees.
As for the one of only stat update you posted douche bag. You forgot Elisha’s 300 plus combo of TDS and INTs, Elisha’s 116-114 regular season record, Elisha’s barely career 60% comp. pct. (in a league that is built for QBs is pathetic. And as far as this year’s 66% on check down passes. You go ahead make that stat more then it’s worth douche bag) Elisha’s 6 playoff appearances in 15 years with FOUR ONE AND DONES. The fact that he’s on his 3rd HC in 4 years. Yet! The offense is still considered broken, is ALL on Elisha and no one else. As far as 2 SB MVPs go. A QB always gets the MVP nod 99% of the time douche bag. Watch the tapes douche bag. In ’07 Justin Tuck was the MVP and in ’11 it should have been Chase Blackburn or Ahmad Bradshaw.
And yet you get on here and throw up a stat that puts him in the same phrase as Brady and his brother Peyton. Everyone hates it when THE TRUTH is spoken. ADIOS DOUCHE BAG!!!!!
And Peyton Manning has ONE SB MVP. Since your such a stat pro peckerhead. Von Miller was the MVP of the Broncos’ last SB. ADIOS DOUCHE BAG! Remember you can’t out speak THE TRUTH!
