Bengals

• RB Montee Ball will make his preseason debut against the Texans Saturday night. (Mike Klis)

• Undrafted rookie Isaiah Burse could get a “long look” as the Broncos kick returner Saturday night following the loss of Jordan Norwood. (Arnie Stapleton)

Eagles

• The Eagles will start former fourth-round pick QB Matt Barkley in Thursday’s final preseason game.
• RB Chris Polk returned to practice on Saturday. (Zach Berman)

Giants

• The Giants could go with rookie Weston Richburg at left guard and Brandon Mosley at right guard to start the season. (Paul Schwartz)
