Browns

• The Browns announced that K Patrick Murray hurt his knee during Friday’s practice.
• Adam Schefter adds that Murray will undergo an MRI and is questionable for Sunday’s game.
• Schefter expects the Browns to try out kickers in the coming days.

Chargers

• Michael Gehlken of the Union-Tribune expects the Chargers to promote TE Asante Cleveland to their active roster with veteran Antonio Gates doubtful to play in Week.
• Gehlken anticipates rookie TE Hunter Henry seeing “heavy snaps” against the Colts on Sunday.
• The Chargers have ruled out rookie DE Joey Bosa for this weekend’s game.

Dolphins

• The Miami Dolphins officially ruled our RB Arian Foster for Week 3’s game against the Browns. (Armando Salguero)

Rams

Rams HC Jeff Fisher mentioned that No. 1 overall pick Jared Goff is “closing the gap” between him and starting QB Case Keenum.

“He’s close,” Fisher told John Clayton and Pat Kirwan on Sirius XM NFL Radio. “There’s still a gap between he and Case right now. Everything that Case does, the familiarity with the offense, but he’s closing the gap and he’ll get in there, get his reps and make his plays, make the great throws that he’s capable of.

“We’ll see where it goes. From Day One, I’ve never committed to when he’s going to play. But we’ve got confidence in Case right now and Jared’s improving.”
