Packers

• The Packers will host Alabama QB Blake Sims, Buffalo OL Jake Silas, Colorado State-Pueblo DL Josh Bredl, and BYU DB Skye PoVey for tryouts. (Wes Hodkiewicz)

• Jim Thomas of the St Louis Post-Dispatch writes that with the Rams’ crowded backfield, former second-round pick Isaiah Pead could be the odd-man-out in St. Louis.

Ravens

• Aaron Wilson reports that the Ravens will invite Maryland DT Andre Monroe to their rookie minicamp on a tryout basis.
• Aaron Wilson reports that USC S Gerald Bowman has been invited to the Ravens’ rookie minicamp on a tryout basis.

Texans

• The Texans will host Texas A&M RB Trey Williams for a tryout during their minicamp.

Vikings

• Bob McGinn reports that Northwest Missouri State LB Eric Reimer has been invited to the Vikings’ rookie camp.
