The drama is starting to get thick in Tennessee as Jeff Fisher waits to hear whether or not Titans owner Bud Adams will bring him back next season.
Leading up to today, it has been reported that Adams is leaning towards letting Fisher go despite being advised not to by the teams senior officials. The decision has come down to either Fisher or Vince Young and it appears that Young has the upper hand.
NFL Network’s Jason La Canfora writes that “Unless Adams changes his mind, it’s over.”
Fisher has been the Titans only coach and sometimes a change of scenery is better for all parties. If Fisher is let go you can expect the 49ers to be in contact with him for the head coaching vacancy.
