Packers Officially Cut 32 Players, Place WR Equanimeous St. Brown On IR

The Green Bay Packers have officially cut their roster down to 53 players ahead of today’s deadline. 

Roster Cuts:

  1. FB Malcolm Johnson (Injured)
  2. WR Malik Taylor
  3. WR J’Mon Moore
  4. TE Pharaoh McKever
  5. OL Anthony Coyle
  6. OL Gerhard de Beer
  7. OL Dejon Allen
  8. OL Yosh Nijman
  9. OL Adam Pankey
  10. DL Deon Simon
  11. OLB Markus Jones
  12. LB Brady Sheldon
  13. LB Curtis Bolton (Injured)
  14. CB Nydair Rouse

Other roster moves:

Kizer, 23, was taken in the second-round of the 2017 NFL Draft by the Browns. He was in the second year of his four-year, $4.948 million rookie contract when he was traded to Green Bay.

In 2018, Kizer appeared in three games and recorded 20 completions on 42 pass attempts (47.6 percent) for 187 yards, no touchdowns, and two interceptions to go along with five rushing attempts for 39 yards. 

Moore, 24, is a former fourth-round pick by the Packers out of Missouri in the 2018 NFL Draft. He was entering the second year of a four-year, $2.9 million rookie contract. 

In 2018, Moore appeared in 12 games for the Packers and recorded two receptions for 15 yards receiving (7.5 YPC) and no touchdowns.  

Bohanon, 28, is a former seventh-round pick of the Jets back in 2013. He spent three years in New York before he was waived at the start of the 2016 season.

Bohanon later caught on with the Jaguars for the 2017 season and has spent the past three seasons in Jacksonville.

In 2018, Bohanon appeared in all 16 games for the Jaguars and caught six passes for 41 yards receiving and no touchdowns.
