Rams Reportedly Retaining GM Les Snead

Vincent Bonsignore reports that the Rams will retain Les SneadĀ as their general manager following the announcement that they’ve hired Sean McVay as their new head coach.

Snead managed to survive and even aid the team’s head-coaching search, despite the fact that they fired Jeff Fisher a few weeks ago.

It seemed like Snead could be eventually replaced, depending on the amount of personnel control they were willing to give their next head coach. However, it appears Snead will get to remain with the team as start a new chapter in Los Angeles.

Snead, 45, was hired by the Rams as their general manager back in 2012 along with HC Jeff Fisher. During his time with the team, the Rams have produced a record of 31-48-1 (38.75 percent), which includes five straight losing seasons and no playoff appearances.
