Update:
Aaron Wilson reports that free agent ILB Akeem Jordan is visiting the Redskins Tuesday.
- Chris Russell of ESPN 980 Washington previously reported the Redskins and Jordan have “mutual interest.”
- Jordan reportedly has a visit lined up with Titans on Friday.
Jordan, 28, signed a one-year contract with the Chiefs last April. He appeared in all 16 games last season and totaled 67 tackles and two forced fumbles for the Chiefs.
Pro Football Focus gave him a positive rating last year, despite playing just limited role. He was particularly solid as a run defender in Kansas City’s 3-4 defense.
