Seahawks Agree To Terms With S Eric Pinkins

 

7 Sports Group, the representatives for Seahawks sixth-round pick S Eric Pinkins, announced that their client has agreed to terms on Thursday.

This is the first draft pick that the Seahawks have signed since the draft concluded last weekend.

During his four years at San Diego State, Pinkins totaled 172 tackles, 15.5 for a loss, three sacks, three interceptions and two forced fumbles.

He has a great opportunity to work with what is widely considered to be the best secondary in football. Pinkins offers good size and and speed, which fits perfectly with what Seattle is looking for in their defensive back prospects.

Pinkins could carve out a role on special teams in year one, which would go a long way towards helping him make the 53-man roster. .
