The Seattle Seahawks officially waived DB Davante Davis from injured reserve on Wednesday.
Davis, 23, wound up going undrafted out of Texas back in April. He later signed a three-year, $1.755 million contract with the Seahawks.
However, Seattle waived Davis with an injury designation last week and he later reverted to the team’s injured reserve list.
During his college career at Texas, Davis recorded 117 tackles, four interceptions, 20 pass defenses, three forced fumbles and a recovery over the course of four seasons and 35 games.
