The Seattle Seahawks officially waived QB Joel Stave and FB Julian Howsare from their practice squad and signed WR George Farmer to the unit.

Stave, 24, wound up signing a three-year, $1.62 million contract with the Vikings as an undrafted free agent out of Wisconsin back in May. He was, unfortunately, waived coming out of the preseason before later signing on to the Vikings’ practice squad.
The Vikings cut Stave loose last week and he later signed on with the Seahawks after clearing waivers.
During his four-year college career, Stave threw for 7,635 yards while completing 59.5 percent of his passes to go along with 48 touchdowns and 37 interceptions.
