According to Ian Rapoport, the Titans received no positive COVID-19 test results for the second straight day.

If that continues, it means Tennessee could reopen its facility by Wednesday and return to practice and meetings, avoiding having to postpone Week 5’s game against the Bills — assuming no more positive tests.

The team’s facility has been closed since last Tuesday and in order to reopen under the league’s COVID-19 protocols, there need to be multiple consecutive days with no positive tests.

Adam Schefter reported Sunday the team facility won’t be opened until Wednesday at the earliest as the league needs to see two consecutive days without positive tests from the team.

In total, 20 members of the Titans organization have tested positive over the past week or so.

Both the NFL and NFLPA are investigating the Titans for potential violations of the COVID-19 protocols and the team could face steep discipline.

Here’s the updated list of Titans’ players on the COVID-19 list:

  1. OT Isaiah Wilson
  2. DB Greg Mabin (practice squad)
  3. LS Beau Brinkley
  4. DT DaQuan Jones
  5. TE Tommy Hudson (practice squad)
  6. OLB Kamalei Correa
  7. CB Kristian Fulton
  8. WR Adam Humphries
  9. WR Cameron Batson (practice squad)
  10. DL Jeffery Simmons
  11. FB Khari Blasingame

The COVID-19 list was created this summer for a player who either tests positive for or who has been quarantined after having been in close contact with an infected person or persons.

Players will remain on the list until they are medically cleared to return.

We’ll have more on the Titans COVID-19 outbreak as the news is available.
